I don't intend to bore you by getting too heavily involved in the 'whys and wherefores' of how the system works, nor the science behind what it takes to clean carpets to the level that I do, but suffice it to say, the £25,000 truck-mounted machine and fantastic mineral-based solutions guarantee a service that will astound you.
It may well be that to remove 'oil-based' products such as shoe polish, makeup or 'blue-tac' I will use a very small amount of orange fragranced chemical-based solvent, but this in turn will be removed by the main cleaning process which delivers almost boiling, softened water and mineral-based detergent to the head of the cleaning 'wand'.
